Proposed agenda is:
> Best practices for 2025. One suggestion is to reduce the channels through which vendors apply by eliminating the paper mail in option and changing the vendor eblast to a no reply format. Vendor coordinator emails would be the remaining communication channel. Committee members please consider your areas of responsibility and come prepared to recommend and discuss any other improvements for 2025.
> Review and finalize vendor and sponsor forms at the meeting. With the major overhaul last year, only dates should need to be changed.
> Review team positions, monthly deadline schedule and establish future meeting dates
> Prepare for early bird ticket sales by 11/22/24. Discuss Air Products group sales.
> Near term to do list - order paper tickets/1600 wine glasses, reserve banner date, book band, prepare for early ticket sales and contact vendors.
