Last Wednesday, May 27, we had our farewell picnic for our exchange student, Luna.
Last Wednesday, we celebrated Luna with a potluck picnic and were treated to a presentation from her showing us all of the wonderful things she did this year.
It was a delight to host such a spectacular student, and we wish her all the best as she travels back home to Belgium in a few weeks.
We will miss you, Luna!
CENTENNIAL SERVICE PROJECTS FOR THE ROTARY SEVEN AREAS OF FOCUS!
A Rotary Peace Pole will be coming to our community as well as a peace poster contest for students in the Kutztown and Brandywine school districts! Look for an unveiling ceremony coming soon!
We have been collecting plastic since last summer and will be placing benches in both the Kutztown and Topton locations this coming year.
Although the NexTrex recycling program has changed, we are going to continue to collect. Please email or text your picture and the weight to Melissa Kirk or Laura McBride to get it recorded at NexTrex.
