TOK Volunteer training at 6pm on June 11 at the Kutztown Community Park
It is not too late to sign up to volunteer! Work a 2.5 hour shift and get a free bracelet and glass for tasting at 29 alcohol vendors including wineries, distilleries, and meaderies plus 5 breweries.
Please contact Jim Springer (Jimspringer52@gmail.com) if you are interested.
Please help us earn a bench to place near the pickle ball courts we sponsored at the Kutztown Park. Use the picture below to see what type of plastic to recycle. Collect your plastic in a bag (clear plastic if you can), take a picture of the plastic, weigh the plastic, and record the weight. If you are able to, please take the recycling to Weis in Kutztown. If it is small, check to see if it can fit in the recycling bin at the front of the store. If it is too big for that bin, please ask at customer service desk (before 8:00 pm) and they will unlock the gate behind the store for you to drop it off there. Please email your picture and the weight to Melissa Kirk or Laura McBride. They will get it recorded at NexTrex and it will count towards our 1000 lbs for the bench. If you are unable to drop off the plastic yourself, please bring it to a meeting.

Meeting last Wednesday, May 21
Last Wednesday, May 21, President Elect Rose spoke about the Rotary Friendship Exchange program.
Friendship Exchange is an international exchange program for Rotary members and friends that allows participants to take turns hosting one another in their homes and clubs.
Participants may travel as individuals, couples, families, or groups, and may be Rotary members or not.
Two weeks ago on May 14, Area 3 and 4 clubs met at Jim Dietrich Park for food and fellowship and also raised money for Helping Harvest Food Bank. The weather was not perfect, but good enough to have a good time.
