This past week for the
Kutztown Rotary Club
Last Wednesday, March 4th, the Kutztown Rotary Club had its student of the month contest.

Last Wednesday, March 4th, members of the Kutztown Rotary Club celebrated the Student of the Month ceremony. One student from each of Kutztown Area High School and Brandywine Heights Area High School is selected by school administrators each month throughout the school year for this award based collectively on academic achievement, school participation, and community contributions. This month the student from Brandywine Heights Area High School was unable to attend.

Shown here is Cayden C. from Kutztown Area school district. Cayden addressed the club members at the Ceremony where he demonstrated qualities of an exemplary student. He also entertained questions from the club members and showed off her talents and abilities.

The ceremony normally occurs during the Kutztown Rotary meeting on the first Wednesday of the month at the Kutztown Tavern, where the weekly meetings for the club generally take place. We wish Cayden the best of luck in his future endeavors.

Kutztown Rotary student participated in Regional
4-way speech contest
Kyle H. from Muhlenberg High School represented the Kutztown Rotary Club in the West Regional Contest held at Alvernia University, the Plex, in Reading, PA, on Saturday, March 7. Although Kyle is not moving on to the District level, they did a fabulous job, and we hope it was a good experience. We thank Kyle for the participation.
