Volunteers are needed for Kutztown Day August 2!
 
We man the collection buckets during the concerts at the band shell (12:00-2:00 and 5:00 to 8:15) and we will have a tent set up the whole day to sell Dinner for 2 anywhere in the world ticket the whole day next to the band shell. In addition, we will be sponsoring a pickleball clinic at the bottom of the park and will have some younger volunteers providing an activity for kids there as well.
 
Please consider coming out and helping out at some point during the day. We need a lot of volunteers to make the day a success. Please follow this link to sign up.

August 16, 2026 will be a double feature baby bundles drive movie event at the Strand Theater in Kutztown!
Please spread the word and start collecting donations!

We will have a booth set up at Fiddle Fest to advertise our club and hopefully sell some of our raffle tickets for the amazing travel voucher prize.

Meeting last week, Wednesday, July 22
 
 
Rosario Stoops from the Allentown Club came to speak to our club about "Why Rotary" and help us get ready for the volunteer thank you dinner. We want to give a big thank you to Rosario for her inspirational talk and exercises to help us expand our club. With more members, we can only do more good!

March is Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene 

We partnered with Help a Girl Out USA in a collection drive throughout February which was sorted and donated in March.

April is Environmental
We have been collecting plastic since last summer and will be placing benches in both the Kutztown and Topton locations this coming year.
Please email or text your picture and the weight to Melissa Kirk or Laura McBride to get it recorded at NexTrex. 
Although we had 4 entries in the Q2 drawing we did not win a prize in the drawing. But we did recycle a lot of plastic and did a bit of good for the environment!
