Foundation Dinner
Please come out and see the part of Rotary we like best - giving money to area organizations to spread good work in the community. Club President Rose Galeano-Phillips will give an overview of the Kutztown Rotary Club and Foundation President Florita Hobaugh will distribute checks to the organizations awarded gifts for 2025. A representative from each will be invited to give an overview of their organization.

 

Please sign up here to let us know if you plan to be at the meeting. Club room seating is limited, so we need to get an approximate attendance count.

The meeting will be in person and virtual. For in person, please plan to arrive at 6:00 to get a drink and mingle. We will plan to order dinner at 6:20 and will start the zoom portion around 7:00.

It is time again for club and foundation officer and board nominations.
 
Please consider taking on an active role in the club for the year of 2026-2027. Below is a list of positions in which we will vote on at our Holiday party on December 17, along with the current member in those positions for the 2025-2026 year. Nominations need to be made by December 3rd to be shared with the club 2 weeks prior to the December 17 elections - feel free to reach out with any questions about the various positions.

This past week for Kutztown Rotary
Kutztown Rotary Meeting last Wednesday, November 12th - Club Assembly and packing Thanksgiving boxes for Friend!

Last Wednesday, November 12th, we had our club assembly where we discussed club business including the upcoming elections and bylaws update. We also presented an update to the club for the successful Bingo fundraiser on November 1. We concluded the meeting with a fun annual service project of filling Holiday dinner boxes for Friend, Inc. This year, we assembled 12 Thanksgiving boxes! Please follow this link to see some fun pictures taken during the service project.

Kutztown Rotary Club will celebrate a 100-year anniversary in
April of 2026 and we are celebrating the whole year of 2026!

Just continue to send pictures of your drop off and let us know the weight.
 
 
 Please email or text your picture and the weight to Melissa Kirk or Laura McBride to get it recorded at NexTrex to count towards our 1000 lbs for the bench. If you are unable to drop off the plastic yourself, please bring it to a meeting.
