Announcing the NexTrex recycling program!
Please help us earn a bench to place near the pickle ball courts we sponsored at the Kutztown Park. Use the picture below to see what type of plastic to recycle. Collect your plastic in a bag (clear plastic if you can), take a picture of the plastic, weigh the plastic, and record the weight. If you are able to, please take the recycling to Weis in Kutztown. If it is small, check to see if it can fit in the recycling bin at the front of the store. If it is too big for that bin, please ask at customer service desk (before 8:00 pm) and they will unlock the gate behind the store for you to drop it off there. Please email your picture and the weight to Melissa Kirk or Laura McBride. They will get it recorded at NexTrex and it will count towards our 1000 lbs for the bench. If you are unable to drop off the plastic yourself, please bring it to a meeting.

Membership meeting Wednesday, June 4
Last week, new member Laura McBride gave her classification speech to give us insight into her interesting life and journey to Rotary. A Rotary Club is most successful when it has a good mix of people with varying interests and talents. Our club is an exciting mix of local and more widespread service with a big dash of fun thrown in. Follow the link below to visit our website to learn more about how you can get involved.
